How do I return an item?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning good(s) to us.

All incomplete returns (missing parts) or made after 15 days of invoice are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Please contact to obtain a return authorization number. Return without a RA# will NOT be accepted. Do not send return C.O.D.

International Order takes up to 45 days.

Note:After 45 days no exchange, No returns.

Damaged/Defective Items Claim.

Please inspect/test good(s) immediately. All claims must be made within 7 days from receiving date. Please, take some pictures of the damaged/defective product and email them to
